All orders on this website must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in Australian dollars. In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required. In the case of offline payment, we will contact you to arrange payment. This process must be completed before your order can ship. In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that stock will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There is a flat rate for all deliveries. Please contact us.
How long will delivery take?
To Please note deliveries can take up to 14 business days to arrive to you. We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. If currently in stock your order will be dispatched and delivered within 14 Business days depending on your location. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email or a phone call advising you within 48 hours. Suppliers also run out of stock and sometimes this can cause unexpected further delays that are out of our control. Alternatively call our store on 02 4260 9287 to confirm product availability before placing your order .
We use a variety of courier options to deliver your order. Generally all require an 'authority to leave'. Please indicate on your order if you have any special instructions and we will pass these details onto the relevant carrier. NOTE: not all carriers will accept special instructions.

Cradle Cribs & Kids Layby service
Cradle Cribs & Kids offer a layby service on all furniture items for our customers. All laybys require a 25% deposit at the time of order. You can set up automatically further equal payments on a fortnightly basis. Layby Service is for 12 weeks Terms & conditions - An opening deposit of 25% is required to reserve the goods for you. - Subsequent payments are automatically processed fortnightly - Your layby is to be finalised by the due date, which is 12 weeks from the start of the layby. If these conditions are not complied with, goods will be transferred back to stock. - Laybys are not exchangeable. No cash refund or exchange. - If a layby is cancelled by you, a credit voucher for all monies paid, less our administration cost of 20% of the total invoice value, will be issued. - Delivery of the layby will be arranged once final payment has been made. Quoted delivery times are accurate at the date of order but may change due to reasons outside our control. - A storage fee of 3% per month of the invoice value will be charged for Layby where the goods are not picked up or delivered after the layby period.
